Judith R. Wright, Principal Associate
Judith Wright’s areas of practice include representing the injured in appellate practice, medical negligence, professional negligence, products liability and catastrophic personal injuries. Admitted to practice before both the New York State Bar and the Federal Court for the Second Circuit, Judith was graduated magna cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law. She received her bachelor of arts degree with high honors from Binghamton University. Judith is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Judith worked for many years as a public librarian where she honed her skills in research. Adept at both legal and medical research, she learns and applies her research to each and every case. Judith has been very successful in motion practice and appellate practice in both criminal and civil cases. Her knowledge of the law and medicine provides a powerful incentive to defendants to settle their cases prior to trial. She has also been indispensable in obtaining the maximum verdict for our clients when cases do go to trial. Judith further enhances the team approach and is a principal associate. She is responsible for drafting pleadings, research, questions of law, and does extensive and excellent trial preparation.
